Studio Rental Policy

Payment in full is required to secure session dates(excluding major labels on terms). Dates unpaid within 48 hours of invoice issuance will be released. Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 14 days notice and must be used within 6 months of the original session date. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the session may receive a 50% refund. Deposits and payments are otherwise nonrefundable.

Online payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. Labels paying on terms by check or ACH bank transfer may exclude the convenience fee. Online fees are nonrefundable once processed.

Additional services, overtime, damages, or other charges incurred during the session will be invoiced separately and are due within 7 days. Sessions exceeding the reserved time may be billed at $200 per hour, including studio reset time. A 25% late fee will be added every 30 days for all unpaid post-session invoices.

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage caused to the studio, building, or equipment. Smoking, vaping, violence, harassment, and mistreatment of staff or property are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

An artist may request a month or week long booking. For the financial viability of recording studios, secured dates may be bumped during extended bookings. Gnome Studios reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booking at management’s discretion. If Gnome Studios cancels a session, the client will receive a full refund of payments made for the affected booking.
